Sara Sachs, a Global Disaster Management and Humanitarian Relief student in the Department of Global Health, has been accepted by the Center for International Humanitarian Cooperation to study Human Rights and Humanitarian Law this spring in Geneva, Switzerland.
Sara says she is thrilled about studying abroad; “I was extremely excited when I found out I was accepted. This program will help me explore the world of human rights and humanitarian law, and the relationship that it shares with Public Health. I am looking forward to the experience of going out of the United States to further educate myself on subjects that I am genuinely passionate about.”
